I installed them in my 2014 Subaru Outback a few days ago and was happy with their performance. They shine no brighter than the halogen bulbs they replaced, but no dimmer either. I like the ability to toggle between white and yellow at around 6000K, but the yellow isn't as bright as I was hoping. Also, on vehicles with fog/high beams disabled, the headlights will change color when flashing to pass. This is not the fault of the lights, just be aware of it. Delivery. The lights arrived on time and in working order, but were only sent in retail packaging. No tape, no box, nothing. Just a flimsy retail box with that little cardboard tab inserted in the slot holding everything together. I once ordered a US Nickel sized rubber sleeve packed in a 1ft x 1ft x 2ft box filled with these air cushions and crumpled paper. It was the opposite of that.
