Came already opened, scratched and without accessories.
The armchair came already open, without ANY fittings. I had to go to Home Depot to buy the correct nuts/washers to assemble the chair. There are also scuffs on the seat itself that I didn't take too long to remove. The chair itself, as I said, is just a super annoying process.
