I have never been good at keeping up with my medications. And I always felt like these were for old people. So it was quite the event for me to even order this but I must say now that I LOVE it so much I am keeping track of my health and I'm feeling overall much much better! Well except for coming to the cold cold realization that I am in fact getting older.but hey the reaper comes for us all sometime at least I'm better at fighting him off.
