We have decided to update our previously submitted review because the customer service from Morecam (especially 'Edward') was ABSOLUTELY EXCEPTIONAL! One of the BEST experiences we've had since buying from hundreds of sellers on both Revain and Ebay! THANK YOU "Edward!" My wife and I are very pleased not only with the easy installation but also with the quality of the videos/images and the handy phone app. I accidentally lost one of the security screws when installing the camera and after contacting the seller I received a replacement in the mail within a week! The GREAT feature of the security screw is that it cannot be unscrewed with a regular Phillips or flathead screwdriver, so the camera comes with its own miniature screwdriver! However, we wish the wireless Chime had more ringtone options. Apart from that, we STRONGLY recommend this battery powered doorbell camera!
