The seller assures the buyer that the tablet is fully unlocked for all SIM cards, the frequency of which is given. However, the user manual clearly states that it is not compatible with Team Mobile or ATT. This, of course, after it was revealed that ATT had indeed listed a frequency and bought a SIM card and a non-refundable unlimited monthly plan. I contacted Revain customer service and they basically told me that the seller will not bear any consequences for misleading customers with the information provided. This only leads me to believe that Revain believes that the seller can say anything needed to make a sale in the product description. I chatted with them and also sent two emails. I only sent two because the first one was ignored. The tablet's screen is either very touch-sensitive or behaves as if you weren't touching it at all. Second day with a new tablet, and it's already starting to get stuck on the screen. The virtual keyboard completely disappears when you type anything at all. I am seriously considering returning my tablet for a refund. I would not recommend buying this tablet or doing business with this seller if you want an honest description of what product you are purchasing. Don't think like me that Revain has certain standards for them as a seller on their website because even with my complaint that I was completely misled, I was only thanked for offering to force the seller to provide certain information to be specified, which are clearly stated in the product manual in their said description.
