This review is for you if like me you just drink water in your morning coffee and maybe a glass of vitamins. That's all. I NEVER drank enough plain water before this amazing water bottle came into my life! I had some kidney pain and dizziness from getting up too quickly when I decided a can of La Croix with dinner wasn't enough liquid. The time of day and motivation on the bottle was just what I needed to make it feel like a game to keep sipping on, so I bought it in gray so it wouldn't stand out too much. I was just shocked at how big it was when I took it out of the box! But 64 ounces. (8 glasses) is what you need and this pitcher makes it so easy! I've been drinking the whole bottle if not more (like 20 or more ounces) every day since I've had it, sometimes it calls for emptying my water early because without a second thought I just reach for it and drink it. It's big, and when you have it on your desk, sipping just becomes a habit, and it's odd that the more water you drink, the more you want it. I've changed forever! Look for articles on the benefits of drinking more water and getting better even weeks and months after you keep drinking. This is the bottle to do it!
