I've always wanted an ultrasonic cleaner but it was always too big and the price could never justify my purchase. This little one slides up (big enough for two or more glasses) and it's just right. Now I have it! First, the packaging is clean and tidy, professional and informative, like a store shelf. Easy to open (no knives), the device is well protected and complete. It comes with a beautifully printed full color instruction manual big enough to read! Not like one of those micro manuals that doesn't say anything. Oh, the external power supply comes with a detachable adapter for US outlets (and I expect Europe too when it gets there). Good planning! How it works? Just toggles on and off. One LED and one touch button, so the outside of the whole is moisture-proof. It turns off automatically after about 3 minutes, which makes it so easy to use. Place your items in water and mild soap, cover (included of course), press the button and away you go. Job done in 3 minutes! Heavily soiled items may need an extra cycle or two so nothing needs to be discarded. Just press the button again. I am so impressed that I can find things to clean everywhere. Ideal for removing dirt from jewelry. Cleans everything else just as well (assuming your item is waterproof). The lid is removable and just sits in place. The only improvement I can think of is a hinged lid so the lid stays on when storing the vacuum. So I printed some loops. So glad I bought it!
