It took a while to get this thing to connect to my phone however, this device disconnects a lot. I would return it if I could.This device is very sensitive. If you have this device anywhere other than your wrist, the settings might accidentally get changed if it touches anything.It's hard to charge the device. It is a magnetic-type charge, so if you're not charging this device on a flat surface, it probably won't charge. The magnet is not strong enough to suspend the device while trying to charge.
