I like how it has all of my patient information organized in one spot, so when they call or email me with any questions about their care (or anything really), I can pull up everything at once! It's not perfect by far. Sometimes there are glitches within different sections but as soon as we figure them out they get fixed quickly enough - usually during business hours if needed. The best thing though is having someone else check through our data entries before sending us an invoice which makes sure nothing gets missed or double billed/entered incorrectly. We also use this system along side other systems such as EMRs and electronic medical records databases where patients' info comes from several sources.
