Update 1: After initially considering receiving a faulty and broken product, Rachel from Amiroko Customer Service immediately contacted me via email and offered me a refund/replacement option on. I decided to get a replacement because I wanted to use this cable and Amiroko sent me a replacement right away at no additional cost. The replacement cable works great and the video and audio output is smooth. I would like to thank the Amiroko customer service team who are very aggressively following me regarding the status of the replacement. These guys are great. So I've raised my rating from 1 to 5 stars. Again, Amiroko's customer support is great and the cable works great. I am very impressed. :)Note: On macOS, you may need to play around with some Mac settings to get the sound on your TV. Initial review: I received my USB-C to HDMI cable order (9/30/2017) to connect my 2016 13" monitor. MacBook Pro with Touch Bar to my 65" Sony Bravia 4K Ultra HD TV. However, I received a defective and broken product upon delivery. The packaging (plastic envelope and Revain box) was not damaged but the product inside was BROKEN and the plastic cover of the HDMI end came out. To test if the cable itself works, I connected my MacBook and my TV with a cable. The video quality was good BUT NO AUDIO OUTPUT. I have all the audio input/output settings on mine Checked Macbook and TV and everything was correct.Also I changed various I/O ports to troubleshoot but the product itself is faulty and has no audio output.I checked the product description when ordering and it was mentioned that it has both video - as well as audio output.I will return this defective and broken product and wait for a refund.I have this review also attached a product photo. I ordered this product after reading all the positive reviews here, but my experience was not what I expected.
