The stock Wraith Stealth cooler for my 2600 made a screeching noise so I had to replace it. Heard a lot of positive things about Noctua so I decided to give it a try now that they are making black fans. I threw this thing into my system and I don't even realize it's there. This thing is DEAD SILENT and cools better than the stock Stealth. Between this and the two 120mm Noctuas, which I also installed in the case itself, the power supply is now the loudest. If I could, I would put a Noctua fan in there. These things come at a small premium, but you get exactly what you pay for: computer security.
