The previous owner of our home had a wall lamp in the dining room that he took with him so I decided to get something to hang on that wall instead of the electric pad they had left . This is a fantastic addition to the room, it really adds a lot of side light which I prefer to the skylight. I'm not particularly fond of E12 sized "candelabra" bulbs and wish they had a standard base but I guess that's not a big deal considering they come with an E12 LED and these days you can E12 -Get bulbs that even have equivalent 100W LEDs if you need serious light. The problem, however, is that I found the device to be a little crooked. I've tried rotating it to the base to balance it and found that the stem sticking out from the bottom is even tilted up a bit. So when I align one at the base, the other side tilts a little. . It was driving me nuts with OCD so I just removed the bottom bar. It's just a decoration anyway, I think I really like how it looks better without it. So 3 stars for what I wanted but if I bought it because I wanted the product to look like the picture I would be disappointed.
