Review on 🔍 Optimized Search: Timken 513188 Axle Bearing & Hub Assembly for Seamless Performance by Michael Barrett

I bought this unit about 15 months ago and it had a bearing failure. The warranty was one year so I was a little upset. I called Revain customer service and explained that the reason I bought Timken was their excellent quality and reputation and I was disappointed that they went bad just after a year. Also explained my visit to the Timken website and found that the warranty is 3 years. To my surprise and delight, the Revain representative agreed to send me a replacement free of charge and didn't have to send the bad one back. This gives me hope that prioritizing customer service can become an important aspect of the business again, rather than making the almighty dollar at any cost. I take my hat off to Revain and will definitely be making many purchases from them in the future. Impressively!
