I first ordered this product at the end of last October. The first unit arrived damaged, the glass the the filament resides in was broken. I guess I could have got my money back then, but opted for a replacement. Put the unit in service early November. It lasted 4 months. One end of the filament has become disconnected from the power source, rendering it worthless. I can't tell if the metal just melted, or physically broke off. I have sent 2 e-mails, along with a picture, to the Trustech support e-mail address, asking if the unit was still under warranty, and I have received no reply. I guess "no reply" is my answer. It appears the winter season has moved on here in Kansas, so I basically got one season for my money. Buy at your own risk!
