The best part about this software is that it helps me with my marketing efforts, I can easily send emails out for specific campaigns or promotions without having any hassle of doing so myself! It's also easy enough to use when sending multiple messages at once as well which makes things easier because they're all sent together instead of being separated by time stamps like you would do manually if using other programs/sites (like MailChimp).

There really isn't anything bad i could say but there are some minor issues here & there where occasionally something will go wrong during an automated process such as mass mailing customers etc., however these problems were usually fixed within minutes upon notification from support staff who work around-the -clock 24 hours per day 7 days week 365 weeks year round!! This program has helped grow our business tremendously since we started utilizing its services 2 years.
