I like that you can have it set up so that when there is an issue with one machine, they automatically send out notices for other machines in case someone else has used them as well - this makes sense since we are using many different companies throughout our business.

You cannot customize or do anything without being able to call the vendor directly which can be quite frustrating if you need something done right away! This software does not allow us to easily add new jobs into the system either and requires constant updates from the vendors.
