Received a Yost M10WW woodworking quick-release vise on Friday with intentions of installing it on Saturday when my son comes home from college. this is work for two people the vise is a beast i unpacked the vise and it was very well made, no burrs, everything aligned well, the screw was well lubricated and the finish was clean longer than it should be i called yost on Saturday morning and spoke to a very friendly gentleman, I explained the situation and he said they are running around with a problem dog but he would be happy to send me a new dog on Monday. We struck up a conversation and I found out that the guy on the other end of the line, Pat, was one of the owners. I am very happy to talk to the company owner, as you can hear. Proud of your product and desire to please the customer. On Sunday I worked in a vice both in the jaws and with the help of the dog and nothing moved, I chopped quite a bit and used my router. I am very satisfied with these vices and can only recommend them. I've compared quite a bit to Eclipse and gotten solid reviews on both, but this is great value for money and as a carpenter saves more money on additional tools. Again, I wouldn't hesitate to buy another Yost if I need high quality and great service.
