Just received and happy. The driver threw a package at the entrance
We received our Surface Book 2 today and it's going through the setup process. Arrived on time (next day if ordered on Sunday). Happy with the product. after receiving. Previously, the rating was on the product. I should note that shipping is a different story. Should be 0-1 star. The driver (in his private car) actually threw the package onto our porch. So much so that it was loud enough in the house for us to watch. It's a computer and needs to be treated differently. No damage was found and the device will turn on so you can begin the setup process. Will comment later if that changes.
