Most pedals have a little piece near the end to make it easy to attach and remove the pedals from the bike. These did not have that. Getting them into place wasn't terrible, but removing one was a nightmare. It required large muscles and a vise. Additionally, one had damaged threads that I didn't notice when I attached the pedal. This means that even though it seemed secure, on my 4th ride, the pedal popped out. It took forever to detach the pedal from my shoe. It was while trying to detach the pedal from my shoe that I noticed the bad threading. I looked at my crank arm and found that the crank arm threading was now also a little damaged from the pedals. The whole experience was an absolute mess.
