Black, Gray and Side RV Tanks require cleaning. Excellent for backwashing RV tanks. I've been using Flush King since 2006. This is required for backflushing RV tanks. I'm currently on my 2nd Flush King after using 1st unit for 10 years. (The ears broke off where they connect to the RV's exhaust pipe.) I deducted 1 star for the recent revision that reversed the direction of the water hose connection. The original version had a water hose connection indicative of a valve/drain hose connection. This allowed the water hose syringe to "pump" the 'water/stuff' out of the tank, helping to drain the tank faster. In the new version, the connection of the water hose is directed to the RV tank connection. This means that water cannot be sprayed directly into the tank of motorhomes, as most motorhomes have elbows between the outlet nozzle and the tank outlet valves.
