Beautifully crafted precision tool

I purchased a precision instrument 3/8 drive split bar torque wrench for a head gasket job I had to do a few years ago on a 2005 Honda Civic which involved loosening the cylinder head bolts had to . being attracted to something like 65-85 ft-lbs and i loved it! You simply set the dial to the level of torque and the tool will click when the torque specification is met, nice, clear and audible. There's no need to reset it or turn the knob back to 0 when you're done with it. to wear out, I wish it was all like this. I caution you about the spring-loaded metal tab that turns the little dial on the gauge that sets the torque spec, as it's there to cover it so you don't accidentally move it off the correct setting. Well, the spring-loaded cap will tag you in the thumbnail if you're not careful, and especially on a cold day it'll hurt! LOL What more can I say, this is a beautifully crafted precision tool that will make you feel like a high tech scientist when you pick it up to use it and it comes in a nice protective carrying case with a certificate of calibration issued by supported by the company that made the torque wrench for SO.
