Even though my slides were converted, it wasn't easy. None of these things can be done mechanically in a conveyor belt way. The effort required great attention to detail, and setting up the equipment was no easy task. One problem is that the power cord is short and you can't unplug the converter from the outlet. My main complaint is that after about a hundred rebuilds the unit stopped working and was able to be returned to Revain in just 30 days. I didn't try to use the converter immediately after receiving it, so 30 days were almost up when the device stopped working. I contacted Amazon about the issue and requested return instructions but never received a response from them. VuPoint was very helpful with my device swap. I sent it back to them with a $12 shipping and handling fee and they replaced my unit and shipped it back to me promptly.
