I do a lot of work around the house and this is something that I needed. When you take it out of the box, you can feel that it's solid and well-built. The hole sizes are sufficient for any job that I would typically be using this for. I checked the accuracy of the angle and it's right on. The steel sleeves haven't worn at all yet. When I first used it, I would typically hold it in place, but now I use C-clamps whenever the dimensions allow. It would be useful to have slightly different surface (the one in contact with the wood) to prevent slipping.
