The support staff is very helpful in any situation you may be having as far back or forward from their service date goes! They are always willing to help with anything our organization needs assistance for - whether we're new customers needing training/support OR an existing customer seeking additional features added into products they've already purchased!! I have nothing negative about working here at this time. We use mindpoint group's software which allows us access via remote desktop connection when needed so there really isn't much else i can say other than great product & team work overall!
