I really like the bag - it's roomy, well made and has an internal frame to keep its triangular shape. Where I don't think it works is the straps that attach it to the bike frame. The straps appear to be cheap, but more importantly, the inside of the straps that come into contact with the bike frame is very rough and will wear down over time on the frame's paint/finish. Not the biggest issue for all bike owners, but something that needed more thought out when this new product was released. I am returning the product for this reason alone.
