Broken accessory latch
I returned the first hat in hopes of a better replacement. Had not; the plastic fastener "snaps" does not. Either the holes are too big or the indentations that "snap" into the hole are too small. If you choose the last hole, it doesn't snap. Pick the last 2 holes that can stay in place if you put it on your head fast enough before it falls apart. I'm keeping a spare cap, not worth sending back. The hat is nice, buttoned at the back, not really.
