The most helpful thing about using this program is that it allows me to easily manage all of my patient information, including appointments. I can also easily share information with other providers at different locations. It's easy for me to edit information once it has been entered into the system, but sometimes there are glitches in the system where data will not save properly. Sometimes if I try to add an appointment or note, it will not allow me to complete it. This has happened more than once, so I am hesitant to continue using this service. There are many benefits to having everything in one place, such as being able to find specific information like lab results quickly.
