The monitor was great while it worked. After two months of use, it suddenly stopped working. If you look online this seems to be pretty common with these monitors. I work from home so I'm heavily dependent on the technology I'm working with. LG's online warranty page states that they have an "early replacement" option where they will send you another monitor and take your credit card details to ensure you send the defective one back. I really wanted to use this so that I had as little downtime as possible. The CS rep didn't even know this was an option but after a long wait on the line he finally agreed and said I would receive emails agreeing to ship a new monitor and a shipping label for the defective one Monitor would be provided. Three weeks have passed. and LG did not arrange for a new monitor to be shipped, nor sent me a shipping label to return the defective monitor. Shame on you LG, your customer service is terrible and customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I have a lot of LG products but they don't see my purchases anymore. I will be ordering a BenQ monitor as a replacement as I will likely lose my job if I keep waiting for LG to honor their warranty.
