I now use three 4k UHD monitors on my desktops. I started with a Crystal Pro III Monoprice 4k monitor as my main monitor and two HP 1080p monitors. I'm tired of resolution mismatches when moving my mouse between monitors. I bought two LG 4k monitors to replace the HP FD 1080p monitors. My new LG monitor died just 5 days after returning from Revain. Now I'm stuck with a crappy warranty at LG, which means not only will I be screenless for who knows how long, but it'll end up costing me more money. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this piece of shit.

Great displays that look great. I would give 5 stars but the power plug is so big and takes up the space of two plugs on my power strip.

It was great until it worked. It doesn't start suddenly. I contacted LG and they promised to send me a return label. Nothing for a week. Sent a letter twice. No Answer. I spoke to the support team who created the reference number. He said a return label would be emailed to me. Nothing. I contacted Raven. Revain created a money-back return label but withdrew $80.

As with some other recent reviews, my monitor stopped responding shortly after purchase: bought in late May, stopped turning on in early September. I contacted LG support, they promised to mail me a repair sticker, but I never received anything. Also a par for a course based on other recent polls.

Was a great monitor when it worked - crisp picture, good size, good colour. Would have liked a higher refresh rate, but for the price it's okay. It worked one night, and after a few hours it just stopped working and wouldn't turn on. Apparently, monitors cannot simply be exchanged under the guarantee, but simply repaired, which can take up to several weeks. And what happened to such a short power cord? Maybe they at least don't include longer ones and no zip ties?

I bought six of these monitors to upgrade the six 1080p monitors I've had to work with for years. Five out of six monitors failed within 70 days of purchase. Seems like a good deal for the specs. The first one they sent was someone else's return, advertised as new. They fixed it and sent a replacement. Everything is fine there. The replacement was brand new but died just before the return deadline. There are obvious quality control issues with this particular model. just take something else

RUN NOT WALK. I bought two of these and BOTH stopped working within two months. I sent one of them to LG for repair, they fixed it for a whole month, and then the OTHER stopped working! Doesn't turn on at all. I almost never leave reviews but I'm so angry!

I bought this monitor along with my Dell 27 inch UHD monitor which I have been using for 4-5 years now with no problems. At first it seemed like the LG would be the perfect match until after 2 months it stopped turning on. It went from perfect work to total inoperability. Revain refused to help as it was outside the return window and the LG website confirms the monitor is under warranty but they are unresponsive so I can't service it. I'm picky when it comes to monitors. I have been using the Thinkvision for many years and it has excellent color and eye comfort. Prolonged viewing will not cause dry eyes. I bought another Dell S2722QC 4K monitor after changing the old one, my eyes are very uncomfortable and dry, tears flow after 30 minutes of use, so I returned the Dell monitor and ordered this LG. This is a GORGEOUS color and easy on the eyes. The use does not cause any discomfort to my eyes.

The monitor initially worked perfectly. Plug and play with MacBook, but after 45 days it just won't turn on. Completely useless. And Revain's return period has expired. Very expensive and large for a paperweight.

I bought two of these monitors at the same time and both would not turn on after 2 and 3 months respectively. I liked these monitors while they worked, but now I have to go through the LG warranty department, which wasn't the easiest of processes to say the least. Very disappointed in the quality of this product and the disappointment it has caused. I understand if this happened with one of the monitors, but for it to happen with both monitors is totally unacceptable.

Very disappointed with this monitor. This is not my first LG monitor, I also have a 34" LG Ultrawide monitor that has been running for over 5 years with no issues, but this 27" LG 4K monitor died after just 2.5 months . I have now sent it to LG for repair. which will take about 3 weeks.

I work from home so I'm heavily dependent on the technology I'm working with. LG's online warranty page states that they have an "early replacement" option where they will send you another monitor and take your credit card details to ensure you send the defective one back. This monitor delivers a much lower picture quality than the 4 year old LG 27UK650-WI from LG's older model, the 27UK650-W released in January 2018, and delivers a very sharp 4K picture. I was very happy with this old model. The LG 27UP650-W has the best performance on paper. But I haven't been able to tune this newer model to achieve the same picture quality in 4K. I liked this laptop and it had everything I was looking for: adjustable stand and tilt, good picture quality, 27 inch display. The monitor stopped turning on after 2 months. I tried troubleshooting and did everything I could (even bought a new power supply) but it still wouldn't turn on. I probably wouldn't recommend it as I don't know how likely others are to have the same experience. If LG could guarantee longer quality I would recommend it as I really like this monitor.
