RUN, NOT WALK. I bought two of these and BOTH stopped working within two months. I sent one of them to LG for repair, they fixed it for a whole month, and then the OTHER stopped working! Doesn't turn on at all. I almost never leave reviews but I'm so angry!

I bought two, one on April 4th and one on May 3rd, this is the first one that stopped working after two months. That's my feedback.

The picture is good, or was good, I should have said. The monitor suddenly went off and didn't seem to turn on. The monitor broke two months after purchase. The warranty service is slow to respond, nothing is heard from them three days after the report was submitted. I'm not sure if I should wait any longer. At first the monitor worked fine. Plug and play with MacBook, but after 45 days it just won't turn on. Completely useless. And Revain's return period has expired. Very expensive and large for a paperweight.

Seems like a good deal for the specs. The first one they sent was someone else's return, advertised as new. They fixed it and sent a replacement. Everything is fine there. The replacement was brand new but died just before the return deadline. There are obvious quality control issues with this particular model. just take something else

My new LG monitor died just 5 days after returning from Revain. Now I'm stuck with a crappy warranty at LG, which means not only will I be screenless for who knows how long, but it'll end up costing me more money. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this piece of shit.

I bought two of these monitors at the same time and both have stopped turning on after 2 and 3 months respectively. I liked these monitors while they worked, but now I have to go through the LG warranty department, which wasn't the easiest of processes to say the least. Very disappointed in the quality of this product and the disappointment it has caused. I understand if this happened with one of the monitors, but for it to happen with both monitors is totally unacceptable.

Had a great monitor when it worked - sharp picture, good size, good colour. Would have liked a higher refresh rate, but for the price it's okay. It worked one night, and after a few hours it just stopped working and wouldn't turn on. Apparently, monitors cannot simply be exchanged under the guarantee, but simply repaired, which can take up to several weeks. And what happened to such a short power cord? Maybe they at least don't include longer and cable ties?

Great displays that look great. I would give 5 stars but the power plug is so big and takes up the space of two plugs on my power strip.

I upgraded from HP 1080p 24" IPS monitors to 2 of these LG 27" 4k IPS monitors. They were reasonably priced for their features, well packaged and shipped quickly. I mounted both on a VESA dual monitor stand. Their VESA mounting holes are slightly recessed, requiring the mounting spacers that are usually included with the VESA mount.
