- quality - perfect picture, really worth the money - software - very buggy and freezing OnScreenControl software, few functions, no personal brightness/contrast profiles etc. - manufacturing - the first series before the end of 2021 of monitors with manufacturing defects (electricity) - customer service and support is agony. I only waited 1 week for the delivery label (sent after 3 reminders) to be sent to service with the above issue. After shipping they lost it and only found it at my request after 5 days from the delivery date. 2 weeks in service - still waiting but looks like they will be sending it back soon. Summary - a great monitor for your money, but don't buy the first series, don't touch their service. Used with MacBook Pro 2017 Intel, DisplayPort connection.
