I had to hastily attach it to my frame with my own zip ties through the holes in the seat. If my frame wasn't dented and worn out, I wouldn't mount it on this bike. My daughter finds the seat comfortable, but it's wide and hurts her knees when she pedals. ordered bigger pedals to avoid this. With that extra cost, I could have bought a much simpler detachable product.
