Installed on a boat to replace a defective head unit. It works. Installation was easy, lots of wires to splice for the harness like boats always do, but they used standard colors so it was easy, just time consuming. Curious how long that will take. My boat has a fender that goes through the radar to keep moisture to a minimum. I almost want to buy a spare part. If it lasts 2 years I could easily replace it without changing the wiring harness. The cheapest unnamed brand in the local nautical store was 1.5 times more expensive, the cheapest known brand was 3 times more expensive. Let's see how long it lasts :)
