Review on Fluid Effervescent Electrolyte Replacement Dehydration by Rhonda Babson

I've tried almost every pill (Nuun, GU, Hydralyte, SIS, ORS) and this is the BEST I've had. I know you might think they're all the same, but they're not. My first and favorite quality about them is that they dissolve quickly! I can't believe how long other pills take, Nuun takes about 5 minutes! They dissolve in less than a minute so I can drink and go. Second, the taste is light, fresh, and clean without the chalky taste of some others. They also don't use too many flavors which makes me sick. And last but not least, they have MOST of all the nutrients you need. More Magnesium, Calcium, Mor and three times more Potassium than most, which is a key factor in preventing cramps. and Nuun doesn't even have potassium. As soon as I saw them come out I jumped on them and I'm finally satisfied. That's so!
