As for moisturizing, it will work at 100%.
People familiar with physics understand that if you sleep with ventilation, then decent volumes of air enter the room and leave it. All these 300-500 ml/h humidifiers that the market is crammed with are complete . In winter, they are able to raise humidity from 10-15% to 20-25% maximum!
This humidifier at full power, even with a draft in the room, will catch up with you up to 80% humidity. I conducted an experiment: I closed the windows and the door in a room of 20 sq. M, and left the humidifier for 2 hours at full capacity. When I opened the door, there were not even tropics there, there was thick fog, water was flowing from the windows.

All in all, it works great as a moisturizer. But whether you can put up with the noise and whether it is worth the money is up to you.

Pros

Powerful. Under certain conditions, it can moisten so that drops will drain from the windows. Good design.

Cons

Noisy, very noisy. In addition to the usual fan, gurgling and dripping can be heard. And once in a while he turns on the pump to take water from the tank to the upper section, from where it already begins to soar. In a dream, you can be afraid. I sleep with earplugs so I'm ok. But if you have a sensitive sleep, sleep without earplugs, a small bedroom, then you will not be able to sleep with him in the room. I would like some application with different capabilities on the phone for that kind of money. There are no preset modes, not even a night one. That is, every time I turn it on, I have to spend time to turn off the backlight, change the power, turn on the lamp. The hygrometer is lying by 10-15%. It would be possible to take the hygrometer away to the wire or to the remote control. Again, not critical, but the humidifier is not cheap either.
