My 2004 Impala had a combination of an intermittent ABS warning light, a traction control warning light and random traction control light coming on randomly. All of these issues went away after replacing both the driver's and passenger's ABS wheel sensor wires. As other reviewers have pointed out, use higher quality crimp connectors. In addition to marine grade crimp connectors, I also used shrink wrap to keep the connections dry. The project took up most of the morning but included some breaks to chat with the neighbors. Definitely saved me a ton of money and worth a try if you're having trouble with your ABS or traction control system. (FYI - the problematic cable appeared to be on the passenger side, which is longer than the driver's side.)
