Okay, they're great the way people portray them, but these are the STRONGEST shoes I've ever had to wear. I rip my toes off every time I try to get over my heel. I tried everything to tuck my foot in further, tug on the tongue, pull off the sole to finish it off. Despite everything, the edges of the rim do not stretch or slip. My cuticles always get cut after wearing these shoes. But once they're on, they're great. I ran cross country for a few hours and they did well. Not enough support to be a mainstream pair but for travel and simple versatility they will do the trick.
