I've always had very fine (not thinning) straight soft hair. figuring out how to get texture and volume for my hair type. I'll share what works really well for me here. I use shampoo with Garnier Fructis Volume Extend. I only wash 1-2 times a week. I always blow dry. I want the texture and volume to be as clean and conditioned as what seems to be the worst condition for my hair. A little damage actually helps. frizzy Then I use a very, very small Remoldable Matte Texturizer Sebastian Craft Clay Remoldable Matte Texturizer to style my hair. This tub has served me well for 3 years. However, washing your fingers hurts. The products don't wash off completely, so they build up over several days, which is to my advantage. If you are looking for clean, soft, straight hair, this is not the shelf for you.
