Review on New Canon EF-S 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS Standard Zoom Lens for Canon DSLR Cameras (White Box) by Lin Wei-Yin ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

I expected more from the purchase, but not the worst option.

According to the testimonials and examples found online, I used a Canon 550D to take the picture. Because I work in tourism, it was assumed that there would be more stringent operating conditions. Because of the cost, lenses with protection against dust and moisture were not taken into consideration. The first campaign was fought bravely and successfully. My greatest concern was with the dirt. Despite the fact that the lens was not taken off, a speck of dust managed to find its way onto the matrix. The interior of the lens is spotless in every respect. In general, I am satisfied. A favorable balance of cost, quality, and adaptability in its offering. Everything that is of higher quality comes at an immediate cost that is many times higher. Although the viewing angle is quite narrow, it is still possible to use it when photographing interiors and architecture; however, any distortions will need to be corrected in post-production. Suitable for portraits (from 24mm). This effect typically blurs the background, but it requires adequate lighting. In most cases, I find that the landscapes are of very high quality. You can make use of a tripod in situations where there is insufficient available light. Additionally, it can handle shooting sports while maintaining accurate autofocus. It is recommended that the image stabilizer be turned off when shooting at slow shutter speeds or when using a tripod because this results in sharper images. This is an excellent choice for someone who is just starting out but has a limited budget. Comparison is the key to understanding. In order to improve my sports photography, I decided to invest in a Canon 70-200 f/4 L USM. I attempted it. At this point, I have absolutely no desire to install my native. I will sell some things and put the money toward the purchase of a Canon EF 24-105 mm f/4L IS USM.

Pros
  • The price, a universal range of focal lengths, a fairly quick autofocus, a light weight, and a stabilizer.
Cons
  • 18 mm barrel, I try not to use this distance; dark, you can only shoot people indoors with an external flash, even the built-in one is not sufficient; the backlash of the trunk is quite large, it leaves when walking.
