The sizes are not universal, cheap quality.
Although this set fits a variety of locking ring sizes, all of the bits in my set are roughly the same size and all are too large for the locking rings I have had to work with (used to fix noisy drum rollers in tumble dryers). Also, the tips were torn, not smooth. I ended up buying another set from Harbor Freight for about $12 and they fit my needs perfectly. I should have returned this item when I had the chance. I do not recommend this product.
