Review on 🌟 AGPTEK Back Stretcher: Adjustable Lumbar Support for Effective Pain Relief, Herniated Discs, Sciatica, Scoliosis by William Runninger

Well this simple device is a lot better in my opinion than the so-called cat and cow yoga pose with back stretch :). Just lying on this stretcher for 5 minutes twice a day will hopefully eliminate my excruciating back pain or at least reduce the frequency of painful episodes. I have to admit that so far so good, I've only been using it for two days. My back feels better and a little lighter the second day after using it this morning. Let's hope the good results continue! While it took a little effort to put this together, I imagine it might be impossible to put together for someone with persistent back pain. Basically there are 3 of them and in the box was a mysterious strap. On the product page or in the description you will find a good guide to assemble the top, bottom and silicone middle part of the blue soft spine pillow. Just remember to use your knees as leverage as you snap the wide end of the top into the bottom's channel at a slight angle. The three tabs on the channel help secure and lock the top. Similarly, there are three arch height adjustment channels at the other end of the underside. With little effort, bend or arch the top at the other end, then snap it into one of the three preferred channels (levels 1-3) to form an arch like a bridge. As for me, I'm a slow learner so sometimes I get stuck at the first level lol. But seriously, it's recommended to start at level 1 and work your way up. But to be honest, the first level is more than enough for me. However, it also depends on the firmness of your mattresses, so it might be better for someone to step up to level 2 faster if their mattresses are much softer, like trial and error I guess. Either way, the soft blue silicone helps cushion your spine, while the firmer outer shell with massage knots provides pressure relief to your tight back muscles after a long day of standing or sitting in my case. Speaking of which, this back extension also works great as a lumbar support when I'm sitting on my bed and leaning against a backrest or wall. I am sure that I will achieve the same result with my office chair. Overall I believe in this device and will continue to use it to help me with my frustrating back pain! This should have been a 5 star rating were it not for the assembly part or the extra effort required to adjust the steps for those with current back pain. In addition, it is definitely durable, well made of high quality material, and also easy to take with you on a trip. Oh and one more thing, I just found out that the strap that comes with it is good to use. It will be very helpful to keep this backpack non-slip and secure it well to my office chair ah ha so I'm not a slow learner after all (no!) LOL. But I hope this review helps!
