My grandkids are a bit young for them game, but even as an adult, I found it a tad complex to learn. But the kids definitely love it and I live that it’s cooperative and not competitive. The game is set up in such a way that it’s much more likely for the kids to win than to lose which I guess is a good thing for very young kids, but could also take some of the excitement out of it. What bothered me most is that if you lose any single piece - and there are a lot of cards and little pieces - the whole game is basically unplayable.
