Good, looks good. Nice aluminum plate. Two lighted switches are cool. Use either one, both, or neither. I don't like it when the wiring is pre-wired. The wiring is not only too small for the switch rating, but also for the accessories used since it all changes together. The wires are coming off the switch blades like hell, pulling the blades out. Luckily the blades can be reused, but still. I removed the switches from the panel and after reinstalling some of them are very loose.
