The transaction was finalized at 11:15 on September 13 but the order was accidentally canceled. However, just four minutes later at 11:19, the same laptop was ordered once more and quickly paid for. Everything arrived when it was supposed to and without any issues. BUT! I decided to place my order on AliExpress due to, first and foremost, the competitive pricing and, secondly, the fact that the website was running a campaign. The conditions of the promotion stated that if you spent 5000 RMB or more, you would be awarded 1000 Plus points. My question "where are the points?" was responded by the technical support staff with the following: "On your account, the first order made through the mobile application was," but you canceled it. Because of this, it will not be possible to accumulate 1000 points for use on a subsequent purchase. Therefore, I am at a loss to comprehend why, despite the fact that the order was supplied in error, it ultimately turns out to be a canceled order, and the action that was supposed to be performed on it should also be canceled. Where exactly does the logic lie? And, of course, the feeling of bitterness persisted.
