This is the second PH meter I have bought. I bought one from another seller. It looked identical except for the body color. I'm assuming they're all from the same place, but that's just a guess. Anyway, it arrived with no problems. The first one I bought didn't work and wouldn't calibrate. Upon receipt I calibrated the lower pH range with distilled water. I had to do this twice so make sure you have two jars or jars or something, one for the higher PH and one for the lower PH in case you need to calibrate it more than once to get it right close. When I did this a second time, it read the calibration solutions accurately. I compared it to strips of paper when making beer mash and it was accurate. I'm not sure how often I need to calibrate it, they provided two powder sets which are better than the first one I bought.
