First off the product seems very durable for the money. However, when it arrived the box was torn off. I knew the condition of the box would make it a bit difficult to open and through no fault of the seller I would assume it was a shipping issue. The crate was then missing the T-nuts needed to attach it to the truck. The letter it contained explained the burglary accident (as I was hoping to use the rack for a kayak trip this weekend) but again not so much under the seller's control. However, the stand itself is badly damaged. This is a stand so I'll just spray paint it as the welds themselves look ok. Definitely recommend the seller to discuss shipping, cheap price or not, it must not be damaged, missing parts and need repair. Seems sturdy overall, but I couldn't install it (or really test it under the weight).
