These chairs look good and seem to be of really good quality. It's not like this. It's cheap fake junk with horrible fasteners and wood that breaks VERY easily. They're not even worth the $25 Revain is selling them for. The screws are made of such cheap metal that they can even be removed with the short Allen key provided. If you make the mistake of trying to use a small electric screwdriver, they will come loose almost immediately once you try to GENTLY screw them in. They would probably be stronger if they used cheese or metal soap. Worst Chinese Metal you could wish for. Don't buy this junk. Because of them, the cheapest stool sold in the Ikea store seems upscale in terms of workmanship. The forest is a joke too. After tearing off several fasteners on the stool, in a fit of anger and rage, I smashed it with an electric screwdriver. The tree broke so easily it was amazing. Literally no effort and I smashed the whole stool to pieces. These chairs are so weak they are actually dangerous. If you manage to assemble them with the short Allen key, they will bring you well-deserved sanctity for your patience and willingness to destroy your hands in the process. If using a socket set, be very careful as even the increased torque can easily strip the bolts. And you're doomed if you decide to use an electric screwdriver at all. Even with the torque set to its lowest setting and the clutch ready to yell at you at the lowest settings, these bolts will loosen almost instantly. Save your time, nerves and frustration and stay away from that junk. If you have them and they are collected, think twice before letting fat people near them. It's an assault case, expect it to happen as weak as wood. Don't be fooled by its rugged looks. Complete garbage.
