Review on Armen Living LCVIBAGRWA26 Counter Barstool by Kelly Starr

We ordered and received 3 bar stools as we needed to use them on our kitchen island after construction was completed. In fact, we started using them on February 1st, 2020. Now the backrest of one of the stools has come loose from the wood. We want to return the defective one, but find that the return window is sealed. We really like the stools, but we need to know what to do before attempting to fix them. What worries us most now is that we cannot RETURN. At the moment we are not 100% satisfied with this product.
