I bought this because I had a sink that drained the water a little slowly. First I used snakes to clear the drain. The snakes worked well and could pull out a lot of hair (problem). The snake got stuck several times. To be honest, I didn't think I could do it. Although without damage and foul. I worked on this case for about three days. On the first day I installed my first camera. Nothing has happened. On the second day I filled the second chamber and left it overnight. On the third day I probably boiled ten large pots of water, pouring a pot or two down the drain during the day. By the end of the night my sink was free of clogs. This is not a fast acting product. Give it some time and be patient. My sink didn't drain at all, so I had a bad clog. Don't forget to add boiling water. All in all I would buy this again. It had a slight chemical odor but nothing unexpected. In general, I like this manufacturer and it did what I needed. Will probably buy again.
