It's been a long time: Kitchen and dining room

Honestly I bought this knife because it has a blade sheath and I needed it for my pro knife set. The blade is beautiful and long, so it is useful for creativity. I've only used it once so far to make zucchini lasagna noodles for a gluten free customer and it worked great. It's sharp, but it's also brand new. Let's see how it stays sharp as I use it more often. So far I am happy with this scrub.
